Announcing Hotspot Mapping

NetValueCentral is proud to announce the availability of Hotspot mapping. Hotspot mapping is an innovative new way to research property information for a neighborhood. 

After searching for a property, or clicking to view one of your tracked properties, hotspot shows everything going on where you are interested.  Foreclosures, Bank Owned, and Government Owned properties and more.  Click on any parcel for more information.  Color coding allows you to immediately identify properties of interest.

Add a GPS receiver to your computer and a whole new level of capability is enabled.   Simply drive into the neighborhood to do your research.  Mark parcels for tracking and take pictures and notes of those properties.  The pictures and note will be visible on the NVC site under the "My Properties" section.

Hotspot supports most COM port based GPS devices including those provided on most cellular data cards. Information is automatically downloaded in the background and updated without interrupting you.

Many search and tracking features are available.  

Zoom in/out and panning controls are provided. Also popup Bing and Google maps from within Hotspot.
